I feel like my old self again! After about 3 weeks I noticed feeling less bloated and "fluffy". I am about 5 weeks in and feeling pretty good! Haven't noticed a hot flash recently either and have more energy tool! I gave it 4 stars because I think its giving me gas and also taste is a little yucky, not terrible but not great either. The bad taste only lasts for a few minutes until I have my morning coffee. So glad I found Happy Harmony!
